We have significant exposure to the re-engineering of business process through the web. Two examples spring to mind. Firstly, we worked closely with a large marketing agency in the North West to create a production system to provide version control of PDFs for customers by using an intranet to update a large database, and then using an extranet to allow their customers to view all current and historical PDFs online.
Secondly, working closely with the same marketing agency, we implemented new web-based production systems for a large brewery to upload and administer tenancy vacancies online, eliminating duplicated tasks, cutting time to market, and significantly improving internal workflows (saving the company time and money in the process).
